What is the benefit of using the Periodization Bible assistance work template for 5/3/1?
It lookks like it has higher frequency, but still fairly lower volume than most "hypertrophy" routines. Should one expect to gain size while using Periodization Bible on the assistance work?
I am switching my assistance template (about to be done with my 3rd cycle of 5/3/1) and I want to pick something that will allow me to keep adding both size AND strength. (i am planning to do my first meet in June, but i want to add some more size in the next few months)
NOTE: yes i do eat big.
