Sup animals!? Names jake Robinson, 21 yr old. Man, just trying out the mass on a budget diet that frank posted on YouTube. I've been eating this for around a week now, and man... I can honestly tell a difference. A lot fuller, more vascular, strength is up, pump is great!
Meal 1: 5 whole eggs, 1 bagel, and 1 large banana
Meal 2: (pre) 1 can of tuna, 1 cup of white rice
Bridge meal 3: (post insulin spike) 40g of universal ISO whey, and 2 packs of oats.
Meal 4:6oz of lean ground beef, and 4oz of noodles, and 2 tbsp of meat sauce
Meal 5: same as meal 4
Meal 6: universal casein around 50g
Sups: first thing in the am... 1 pak of animal pak
Pre workout
1 pak of animal pump
1 scoop of animal rage orange flavor ( the f*cking bomb!)

Just giving people a little heads up. If you are wanting to gain some clean mass. Try this diet. It's really cheap. I payed literally $48.78 for a week worth of food. It's cheap, and effective.
I've went from 208 1/2 starting to today, 215 1/2. That's 7 1/2 lbs in a week!! And no, it's no bloaty, water weight. I've actually noticed my midsection, delts, hams, quads, and glutes are showing more. Lot more visible muscle. Pretty good amount of definition showing.
I'm very impressed with this. I'm very happy I watched that video. Cause I've gained some size and strength already.
