Morning chaps,
Was speaking to a friend of my parents the other day and she said that I have terrible posture - my shoulders are rounded inwards - and says I need to work on keeping my hands down by my side and stretching my pecs.
Just wondering has anyone else experienced these issues?
I always thought it was people who just trained chest and didn't bother to train back or anything that had a 'hunched' appearance. I always thought my lack of traps was just genetic but I've noticed it's maybe partly due to my posture.
