Ok, today I was dragging ass. I closed The Gym last night and had to open again this morning... not enough sleep.
My plan was to max out my squat (below parallel) today, sooo I went for it anyway.
Took Rage XL with 4oz water, and hit it. Felt let down today, the energy wasn't quite there, but I was able to reset my max for depth so it was a win. plus I have to remember I only was running on 4 1/2 hours of sleep.

I felt the same way yesterday (Friday). But today I took 1.5 scoops & felt great for legs (even on an empty stomach and @ 6:45am)! You might want to move the scoop up a little if you feel that way again...

Today was a good workout Rage XL is still performing. (I do believe the lack of sleep was the problem on Saturday) pump was great and focus was on point. I was going to keep going up on the DB presses but my lunch hour was up.

OK, so I took 1.5 scoops of Rage XL today….. WOW, the arm workout was great today, I was able to power through and run with very little rest between sets. This was all done in around 50min.
Energy was out of sight and controlled, was able to push myself very hard, and pump… well, let’s just say, I measured my arms on Saturday at 15.75 inches…. At the end of my arm workout…..16.5

1 scoop Rage XL in 5oz water, everything is still running along just fine. I had a good shoulder pump, and energy was steady. Still enjoying the flavor! If anybody would have told me that I would seriously enjoy the flavor of Rage, I would have called them a liar! haha

1 scoop in 5oz water... just about right. keeps me powered up nicely, not getting the old "tingles" but energy is still there.
Just playing around and doing some rep work... felt it the next day for sure!

I do this on days when I'm dragging. I take two scoops on leg day, no matter what. It's going to be a bitch, so you have to bring it.

Ok, a new twist on using Rage XL: Today I used 4oz hot water and slammed it back, taste dropped off some BUT the “tingles” were more profound. Energy hit me about the same. Going to have to try this again….

I did some light back work yesterday, worked on getting a good pump in my back, Rage is still delivering a good pump, and energy level is nice and high. Even though I am working my ass off with very little sleep, I can still power through a high intensity workout.

Did you use hot water again? How hot do you get it?
I did not use hot water this time, but I DID use hot water the day before, (didn't log anything because my workout didn't happen)

the temp I am using is a little hotter than you can get out of the tap. like put it in the microwave for another 30sec, then add the scoop of Rage. the flavor falls off, but it seems to work better for me.

Walking DB lunge: w/45lb DB's x75ft, w/65's x50ft
*my buddy spotting me said that they were solid reps, but I think the first was shallow.
Feeling strong today, everything seemed to be firing on all cylinders.
Rage XL was spot on yet again, my buddy and I both took a shot and proceeded to tear it up... this is why I love Rage, when you need a kick in the ass (like AFTER shoveling snow for an hour) it brings you up to your A-game.
