But I wouldn´t encourage guys to just eat like a brainless lunatic and get as heavy as possible at all cost.
Oh I agree 100%! Most guys that say they "eat alot" barely get in three meals with a shake or two throughout the day. So you have to tell them to eat a metric fuck ton so at least they'll be consuming decent amounts of calories.

You don't need to tell me to eat more I know how to eat. If you look back you will see that I knew the eating plan me and roman decided wasn't enough for me, I knew I was eating at a deficit. Which is why I chose to up my protein and carbs to around 3000kcal a day then evaluate from there.

Trust me, all the guys on my thread are absolutely cool and I´m constantly making sure for my thread to stay positive and constructive. As far as structure, you are bang on. A growing phase yields way better results if it´s planned out and monitored rather than just a dumb face stuffing period. Good man. Keep up the motivation and stay on track! You´ll thank yourself later...

I honestly can´t even remember standing up on stage that whole day. Nothing. Not even a split second.
I did not celebrate at all. I had photoshoot 7:00am the next morning, drove home and trained. No cheat meals, just water and back to work.

Another question.. How much do you recommend we eat on off days? I've always just kept my intake the same, or do you think its best we lower it slightly as I am using less energy? I have probably 2 off days a week spread throughout. I noticed in your journey to reclaim that you ate a couple of meals less on off days.

I am currently eating 300gr protein and 350 Carbs
Sooner or later I will say everything in both languages regardless. That´s by default because people usually have the same questions or the same discussion comes up one way or another... So, don´t worry.
If I have scheduled off day I always sleep in as long as I please. So, there go at least 2 meals.
I would recommend for you to eat every 3 hours. Whatever your normal meal size is. Probably 50g protein and 50g carbs. Right? If you´re doing any shakes around training, those get removed. There is your reduction.
Remember, in the offseason off days are for recovery and refueling. You should take advantage of them and not turn them into diet days.

I am eating 50g protein and 60g carb per meal. I don't have shakes, just food then I workout 1-1.5 hours later, nitro pre and post, then I eat again when i am home.
