How is it that anytime I see a product with the words "Made in Germany" on it, I can reasonably expect it to be a high quality product? Why do the Germans always make good stuff? Also, are you guys seeing a lot of German companies who used to produce solely in Germany now outsourcing to China and other countries? Regardless, how do you feel about China?

I know wut ya mean. If sumthin is made in Germany (and also Japan), I kinda think it must be good quality. Wut do most Americans think when they think of "made in America"? Also, wut do they think when sumthin that used to be made in America is now made in China?

Personally, I still find "Made in America" to be synonomous with quality. When I think about things that are now made in China that used to made in the USA it pisses me off!

Man... I had to pull out one of my old history books from school to answer this one:
The Label "made in Germany" was introduced in the late 19th century by the British during the industrialisation of Europe. At that time Germany exported a great amount of products to the UK. The British government tried to malign these products by publically bad mouthing them among their people and making the label "made in Germany" mandatory for all german imports... As a response the Germans started a quality offensive by dramatically increasing the quality of their products, so that theyīd be better than their english counterfeits... Thatīs how "made in Germany" became what it still is today. A seal of best Quality. To this day, we take great pride in that...
Yes, we do have a lot of Outsourcing. Sadly... I think the main reason for that is that itīs a lot cheaper to produce in other countries...
How do I feel about China?! Itīs also called "The land of smiles". In my opinion, everybody who always has a smile on his face has to be considered suspicious and treated with caution... lol

Visited Germany for a month in HS, studied in UK in college, and Honeymooned in Switzerland, in all of those places everything closes so early. Do you find that to be difficult or is it just something us Americans are so used to that we are the ones who find it difficult? What about gyms, do they also close really early? I feel like the lifestyle would be a good change of pace for me as I always feel like I have so much to do, well can't do it if nothing is open. Just get done what you can and then relax with the family.

Where I live the big grocery stores close at 8.00PM. Smaller ones even close earlier. There are no 24h pharmacies, Restaurants or grocery stores over here... My day is usually pretty busy and sometimes itīs a real struggle run all my errands. Another inconvenience is that everybody has to do their shopping within that short time window which creates a "rush hour" at certain times of the day...
Privately owned gyms are usually opened from 7.00AM - 11.00PM during the week. On Weekends from 10.00AM - 8.00PM (Thank god I have the key to the place where I train at...)
Some corporate gyms are 24h but the do not cater to bodybuilders.
Question my man. I saw on your Instagram you take Nitro Preworkout? Can you explain your reasoning bro? Thanks!
I tried having intra workout Drinks (carbs, aminos etc.) but it would only make me feel sick to my stomach and my workouts sucked...
Still, the theory of supplying my body with essential nutrients during training made sense to me. Thatīs what I use the Nitro. In combination with Glutamine and Creatine, the BCAA/EAA blend in Nitro gives my body everything it needs to prevent muscle breakdown during Training and improved recovery afterwards...
No bullshit, bro. I can really feel and see a difference in my physique.
Currently I use a total of 5-6 packs per workout (2 before, 1-2 during, 2 after) with 10gr of Glutamine (pre+post) and a serving of Animal Pump (stim cap removed) for the creatine...
Give it a try! I know Evan swears by that stuff, too.

Speaking of Pump.... Why do you take it only in the AM workout and not during the PM workout? Is it bc you believe it to be too much creatine and nitric oxide to take before both workouts?
You'd rather miss a training session than a meal. Shit, diet is that important to a bodybuilder. It's an area that doesn't allow for any bad days or mistakes. You ready to make the sacrifice? - AnimalPak.com

Iīd be taking it before both workouts. I think that a total of 6gr of creatine per day is within the normal range and I never had any issues (stomach upset or otherwise...) with high doses of Arginine.
Itīs just that my sponsorship shipment for December has not arrived yet and I am running low on Pump...lol

5-6?! Wow thats nuts. Thanks for the response bro.
What is your opinion on overtraining in general and double splits like training in the A.M and the P.M as well as training some muscle groups like back twice a day? I do it and I love to put in the work knowing that most other guys would never even attempt to do it this way..but many people say itīs stupid bullshit and you canīt recover etc...What do you think? Of course eating and recovery in that case is as spot on as it possible can be.
Life doesnīt give you what you want, it gives you what you deserve!

I am doing exactly what you are describing. Double spilt training sessions, 6-7 days a week, every bodypart at least twice if not 3 times weekly...
For me it works and thatīs whatīs matters.
Donīt give a fuck what everybody else is saying, what you read in a magazine or what the latest scientific study claims. Stick with what works for YOU!
But also never forget to have an open mind and be receptive for new ideas. There are always ways for improvement...
