First i used to powerlifting shoe, but now just Chuck Taylors. I know you are using boxing shoe. Is there any difference of it?
Personally, I like shoes with a flat and thin sole. I want to feel solid and grounded. Any shoe with a padding, such as these Nike Free or running shoes, destabilize me.
Me personally my hamstring development has been lacking. I have been hammering high volume stretched lying leg curls, regular deadlifts, seated leg curls, the basics that target hamstring but still been lacking that overall thickness. Any tips you have for this? thanks

Next time, do your regular hamstring routine but add 3 sets of regular Deadlifts off the floor of 20 reps each. Pick a weight that is too heavy to complete 20 reps in one shot, so therefore you will have to rest/pause the remaining reps.
Once you hit more than 20 in a row on the first set, increase the weight by a tiny bit (5lbs). Keep doing that for the next 6 months at least
What do you feel are then benefits of taking more daily niacin? I don't know European recommendations, but the US appears to recommend approximately 16mg* daily. I eat a full diet, drink 4L of water daily, and take Pak, Rage, Nitro and PM.

I have to be honest. I have never invested a single thought into supplementing with niacin. Since I have no first hand experience, I am not in any position to give you advice on this one.

Also, 4:00 Aufstehen --> Cardio --> 6:30 Training --> 9:00 Uni --> 18:00 Training --> Lernen --> 22:00 spätestens Schlafen
