That´s good. Although you´re not really following what I suggested... Go ahead and see what happens.

To be honest, after a week of driving this thing, I hate it. It drives smooth but the computer has a lot of glitches where some of the functions die from time to time or the screen freezes for a minute.
Fuck that. That shouldn´t be happening in a brand new car.

Kannst du dazu noch was erzählen?

Well I was getting leaner, but I was just hungry all day so I thought to up the grams sooner, as it came to around 2500 calories. Can you still gain muscle on a calorie deficit? because i definitely feel like i am at a deficit.

another question if you do not mind, whats your favourite thing about being a bodybuilder?

Being in a position of control. I, from day one, fell in love with the idea of being a creator and being in charge of the whole process. I´m responsible. I carry the risk. I reap the benefits.
But I also love the fact that it´s also somewhat of a spiritual thing. Like I said, having full control. My brain might be waking myself up during the night saying "hey! I´m hungry. Eat!" and I´m responding "No, buddy. I have this goal and you are going to do what I want you to. Extra food is not going to happen. Burn that last little bit of bodyfat instead."

Do you understand? I love the process. Or even better: perfecting my process to create my perfect vision.

You can not build muscle in a constant caloric deficit. It´s simply against the laws of physic.
If you find a way to create anything out of thin air, you´d change the world forever and get a nobel price.

Yes this is what I am saying, which is why I thought to restart on higher protein and carbs, then evaluate after 4 weeks by upping protein first, then carbs later on. what I was eating in that previous plan looked good on paper but was not enough for my body, so upping protein alone would I think still put me in a deficit.

Are you coming to bodypower this year? I am not sure if animal are going

Eat a fuck ton of calories to grow is what I believe Roman is trying to say very nicely =)

Part of the deal my man. You have to be in a caloric surplus (eat far more calories than you burn) to build new muscle (and don't freak out you'll acquire some temporary adipose tissue too) and a caloric deficit to cut the fat and get into shape.

There are no secrets or magic involved. Whether you're natty or roided out, it's a constant up and down with body weight and calories. Like I said, simply part of the deal my man.

I wouldn´t advocate going that hard but in essence you are right, brother.

      Rücken verbessern

      Hallo Roman,

Aktuell mache ich Brust/Rücken - Beine - Schultern/Arme - Off - Repeat.

      Beine
      Schultern/Arme

      Oder

      Brust/Rücken
      Schultern/Arme

Well, when it comes to lifting I'm a bit different.

It's been a recurring theme the last 5-10 years that every new/newish lifter believes you can get big and cut at the same time through some form of secret magic that the pro level lifters aren't sharing. Drives me nuts at this point, LOL! Plus, these days, people need practical advice. They've been for too long now told what they want to hear.

I know you are on the same page =)

      Danke dir Roman!

Die Erste von dir aufgeführte Reihenfolge und zwar weil Shawn Ray in seinem "To The Extreme" video das so gemacht hat.

Cool bleiben, mein Freund.

Yes. Absolutely. It´s either one way or the other. I agree.
But I wouldn´t encourage guys to just eat like a brainless lunatic and get as heavy as possible at all cost.
