And keep your chin up, you inspire each and every one of us on this forum, and thousands of others that don't even know this forum is here. Im not sure of what you said in the car on your last vid, but just know that you've helped change the way I live my life with your advice and training, and others too I'm sure.
Something to think about: Show me someone who has done something worthwhile, and I’ll show you someone who has overcome adversity.
Remember that tough times never last, but tough people do.
Thank you, man. I really appreciate for you to take the time and write this.
Trust me, I´m hanging on. I love what I do and I´m not going to give up. This is what I live for.
I have been meaning to post on your thread for a while but have been busy and kept forgetting. You looked awesome at Indy, hard as nails. Hopefully next time they have more comparisons. In my opinion, i think you were a few spots higher, but the competition was amazing. Congrats, you worked hard as hell
I enjoyed watching your vlogs too. It's funny, we definitely take supermarkets for granted in the US. The cereal aisle was normal for me haha.
Are the supersets/giant sets something you always do close to a show, or is that just how you've been training lately?

If you ask me, my placing was absolutely spot on and fair. I did not see myself any higher or lower. If anything I would have maybe switched Luke and Iain but that´s really just a small "maybe".
I have trained like this for the whole last offseason and contest prep. It helped me edge in some more detail and also put some size on. I think my 3D look improved from it a lot. It certainly gives you a hell of a pump when you´re fully carb loaded and hydrated during offseason.

I can't find the animal powder here in Switzerland so I wanted to buy it from you. Will you have it back in stock soon? If so: which flavor do you like the most?

Yes. It will be back in stock either tomorrow (Saturday) or early next week.
I think the cherry berry flavor is a little better than the orange. But they´re both good.
