How long do your training sessions usually take?
Also, I have read your log leading up to your pro card win from 2014 where you did your back thickness movements in the morning, but recently you stated you do them in the evening now. What does a typical back day look like now? id imagine just rowing at night and pullovers/pulldowns in the am?
