Hey Roman, congratulations on you indy showing you were the hardest guy up there.
I watched your youtube and your carb up was insane, how do you avoid bloating with so many carbs both in terms of volume and variety?
Keen to see your showing at Benidorm. JP and yourself are easily my favorite for the no bullshit, just hard work approach

I make sure I don´t eat any foods that bloat me. Oats and potato for example are out.
I add Apple Cider vinegar to each meal.
A piece of ginger root before each meal.
A nutritional supplement to support digestion that contains enzymes, additional ginger, ox bile and HCL
A fiber supplement that provides 10g of psyllium husk 2x per day
Don´t eat till you´re completely stuffed. My body seems to absorb food better when I stay at a "half full" stomach.
If necessary I have a cup of Dieter´s Tea the night before the show. 3 bags in one cup of boiling water.
Roman, mich würde interessieren was Du von Harzer Käse hälst ?

I'm really enjoying the content you're putting out on YouTube Roman. Cardio goes by fast!
Youre killing the volume game right now. What's your current split? Or same push pull legs type split as before?

“I realized early on that success was tied to not giving up. Most people in this business gave up and went on to other things. If you simply didn’t give up, you would outlast the people who came in on the bus with you.”
Awesome, brother.
Thanks for the feedback!
Push, pull, legs. I´ll probably make a change after my shows are over. I´m getting a little bored...
That's what I do 90% of the time, but when I get bored I usually do what you did in your RX interview a few years ago and do arms with back, or biceps with chest. Something like that. Good luck in Spain!

i have two quick questions roman..
1 are you a fan of hitting the same body parts twice in one day (say chest/delts/triceps in the am and pm, one session heavy and one session "lighter"/higher rep) or always different muscles? i know sometimes you overlap them (like with back exercises, or leg exercises that hit both quads and hams) but i mean specifically aiming to hit both
and 2 for this upcoming offseason with justin compton, do you plan on keeping you volume super high per usual and training twice? or does he have other plans

I´ve tried what you are describing but I absolutely didn´t like it. The second session always felt like beating on a dead piece of meat. No pumps, no response from the muscle and half ass contractions.

What are your favorite exercises to really focus on and hit the long head of the triceps? Since the triceps makes up 2/3rds or so of your upper arm, and the long head makes up about 2/3rds of the triceps, it makes sense to devote more work on that specific head. My lateral and middle head are decently developed, and I have a good mind muscle connection with them, but not so much with the long head.
Really enjoyed your video talking about that old school looking Universal shirt! That's such a cool story you never really hear about anymore. Great video if anyone missed it.
