'sup Rex, how are you? First, thanks in advance. Second, my situation.
Currently I'm deployed in Africa but when things are calmer I can have like 2 months or so with some relative stability in my workouts. Although food is crap (concerning the ammount and quality of protein) I'm taking this:
1x Pak + 3 scoops of real gains + food at breakfast
2x 2,5 scoops of real gains before lunch
1x Pak + 1x Test + food at lunch
2x 2,5 scoops of real gains in the afternoon
1x Pump 45' after the last shake and 45' before working out + 1x Stak 15' minutes after + 1x Nitro prior working out
3 scoops of real gains during workout
1x Nitro in the end
45' after I take 1xFlex + 1x pill of B complex + dinner
after 1h30 I take a casein shake
30' after I take a 1x PM
My workouts take roughly 2h because I always end up with a abs routine that takes me roughly 20-30 minutes. I'm working out one muscle group per day, 5 days training, 1 day rest. I start with 1 or 2 exercises of complex movements and 4-6 reps, 4 sets, then I move to 2 or 3 exercises, 2-3 sets, 8-12 reps, then I end up with superseries or giant series and drops sets.
But the thing is... I can barely gain weight. I was making a 40' minutes run and some calisthenics just after wake up and I had to quit in order to start gaining some mass.
I think I'm working out too much or although I'm getting tired I'm not ripping enough.
So my question is... Do you think I should opt to make 2 muscular groups per day, 6 days workout and rest 1 or I should slow down in order to put some weight? I'm not that worried because my performance is increasing but with this ammount of gainer i think I should be bulking a bit more. I was 86kg and I'm 89 now, after 2 months.
What do you think?
Sorry for the lenght of the text and thanks a lot!

I wish to everybody to keep crushing their goals!
I assume you are U.S. military. Watch dogs to the freakin" world! Not only does this nation owe you debt of gratitude but there are a few countries that should be kissing your ass as well! GOD bless you!

Believe it or not, but a lot of ex-military get upset if you thank them for their service these days. Not sure why? Hooker talked about it a while back.

All the vets I know would've welcomed it. You guys might be a bit too young to recall how they treated our boys when they came back from Nam. It was shameful. My cousin, my uncle fucking warriors! Treated like common criminals. My how times have changed!
You don't have IBS or acid reflux =) trust me, I used to say the same. Found out the hard way.
If you´re really struggling that hard, which isn´t normal by the way, you should definitely get your stomach and colon scoped out. Get to the root of the issue...

I know buddy you just don't know who your going to piss off any more. I go to a funeral to pay my respects I say "Sorry for your loss" and of course the person gets upset because they've already heard it a thousand times so now there annoyed with me. I say good morning to a co worker and ask them how there doing and she goes "Do you really care"? I told her "Actually I do otherwise I would'nt have asked". I was unaware she was battling breast cancer. Turns out I do give a shit about our people in the military, I do feel for a person that's lost a loved one and I am deeply saddened when I see another person is suffering.I guess I need to read the revised edition of "How to be a human being in todays world"!

Far from struggling ya schiess-head =) I've got to the root of the issue, but once you've remedied it, you still have the disorder. It can flare up if taken too far! That's why I don't do intra workouts. I can take plenty of stuff pre and post, but intra workout stuff just upsets my gut plain and simple.

Well there are always pieces of shit people in all walks of life. Instead of brawling like I used to in my youth, I'll either laugh or keep smiling in a situation like that. People tend to respond better that way for sure!
When it comes to the military, I'll never EVER say, "Thank you for your service". I always say, what y'all do is more appreciated then you know! Never had a negative response to that.

That´s exactly what I do. I simply don´t respond at all or I give a light smile and then walk away.

"Scheißhaus" is the word for outhouse as in: small structure, separate from a main building, which covers one or more toilets.
I don´t know why I would like to called that...
Rex in this country when someone acts like a smug prick friends will, on occassion, refer to them as a shithead. We don't mean anything by it and really its kind of a polite way to let that person know he's being a smug prick. To be perfectly honest I don't think BEAST can be any nicer than he already has been.;)
Its Deutsch-lish... a fine mixture of German and English but I believe he was trying to say is Schiess-kopf ( i'm sure I killed the spelling...its been years) I also heard Dumb head is a serious insult or at least that is what I was told back in the early 90's when I had dreams of drinking beer as an underage kid floating down the Rhine.

It is truly lovable ball busting. It is a term of endearment.

That´s one of these occasions where I just smile and walk away instead of telling you what´s on my mind...

Energie = verrichtete Arbeit x Zeit

Rex I don't know if you realize it or not but you come off quite abrasive and demeaning with some of your posts. Frankly I don't give a shit where your from but good manners should be universal. Either be helpful and informative without the nastiness and maybe peolple wont have to resort to calling you a shithead. To be perfectly honest with you Rex I'm surpriesd no one has torn into your ass sooner. You need to take a page out of WRATH's playbook. Please take this as constructive criticism.
