"Egal was passiert , ich werd Profi Bodybuilder".
Danke dir.

What do you recommend to someone with long arms that is rather heavy wanting to increase their chin up/pull up strength? I'm weakest with a wide grip, but than I've noticed most others are as well. I've lost a bit of weight so don't give me that shit =)

Honestly, just keep doing pullups relentlessly. Go to failure every set and sooner or later you will be able to do more and more reps. That´s really all I have for you. Patience.

Thanks Rex! Your advice is always to the point, just what I need. We both think a lot alike on things. Must be my direct German descent =)
You think twice a week is good enough? I've been training them once a week on Deadlift training days on Monday. Figured I could train them without assistance (getting 5-6 Reps at most stopping at dead hang) than could use a band the other day to get more Reps and keep my elbows fresh.

It´s my very pleasure. I´m always happy to help
What you´re describing there sounds like a good plan.
i wouldn´t recommend the dead hand though. Instead keep the tension on the lats the entire time. Constant tension and continous motion from a full stretch until failure are key. if you ask me.
Definitely twice, maybe even 3 times a week.

hello roman , i'm a bodybuilder from brazil , and since i watched your videos , i realize you always ( at least on all the videos that i see, besides one that you was at your 20 yr old ) do a tempo like 1-2 seconds concentric , 1 second hold at the top , 2-3 second eccentric and 1 more second at the bottom , making no momentum and keeping tension on the muscle , so , since your training is a lot like my training , that is whats gives me more results , i try to incorporate those tempos in my routine and , boom , i couldn't do the same weight , but im always lean , and hard , and even when i up the carbs i still getting leaner ,harder ,and bigger , i tried to go back for more explosives movements and i got softer and smaller , so , my question is , everybody should keep varying the workouts to keep results , but this tempo is something that you always do ? like some form of keeping the tension on the muscle and making it do more work ?that what is your opinion on the optimum tempo to growth ? also to staying lean?
by the way , great job with your bodybuilding career , you are a big inspiration of mine , hope beeing on stage sooner together

*sorry for the bad english
Honestly, I have never thought about counting seconds on my movements. I just do what feels right. And that´s what I would recommend for you to do, too!.
Who cares what other people are doing? You have to do what works for YOU. For me that´s constant tension and focused execution.
I enjoy staying lean because it makes me feel good. Again, it feels right. All the other guys can get as fat as they want. I do what works for ME.
keine richtige Frage jetzt.

Hey Roman,
