I got 280 to right below my knees before I failed. I can't be too upset, my water and calorie intake was very low. Also, my quads were still fried from the heavy squats, to the point where it's still an adventure to sit down on the toilet without falling in. That, and I was lifting in my singlet (trying to get at least a little used to it so it isn't a distraction) and I felt like the doucheyest douche who ever douched wearing it in there. My brain just wasn't in the lift, and my body didn't have the fight in it.
Regardless, 265 went up clean and easy and beautiful. I'll try again next week, and try to keep the distractions at bay.
I'm back to keeping steady around 120lbs, so as long as I keep this up, I'll be nice and solid in my 123 weight class.
