So when I ended football this year, I thought i was done. I was a 240 pound senior lineman, and I decided to lose weight. Im 198 now. But all of a sudden, i have a chance to play ball at college, probably as a TE or DE. But i am small. Heck, even my mom just said I look like a puss, and she hated my weight gain. I went from 210 to 240 in 9 months before, but I gained alot of fat, i was only good at sprinting 5 yards, hitting someone, and going back to the huddle, even walking across the school winded me. So my question is; how much should i eat to gain muscle and not fat, and which program is best for me to develop strength, power, and muscle:
