Hey guys, before I ask my question I will explain the situation. In late september of 2013 I strained my left bicep tendon, which sidelined me from doing much of anything with my upper body for almost two months, so all I did was squat three times a week, which was kind of nice. However after rehabbing my forearm back to commission, everything felt fine except for barbell bench. No pain deadlifting just benching, so after another month of doing dumbbells and machines for chest I started benching again, and to no avail the pain started to flare up again. I am just curious if anyone else has ran into this problem before and had to work around it? I am looking at competing April 12th, so I still have some time. Any insight would be much appreciated!
