So, for those of you that are unaware the "butt wink" is when you get down in the lower position of your squat, your pelvis tucks under your butt. This can cause a few issues, mainly a limit in power in the hole and also potential of lower back injury.
My butt wink is not too sever but it is there. Has anyone been faced with the challenge of overcoming this? How did you approach it and what worked best? I do have the pelvic/lower back muscular control when standing but I lose it as I descend towards parallel.
