What's up ladies and gents...been away for some time..Life has been crazy...my Lil girl turned one..started a new job...trying to get adjusted to this thing called life...and it ain't easy. But I have been wanting to get back on the boards and see what's been going on wIth all my animal brethren. I'm at a point in my life where I think I have a pretty good balance at the moment...my training has been good..different but going good...I have been incorporating much more cardiovascular work into my training..I'm running about 3-4 days Week..my knees are not happy about it but it's been decent...in addition im doing one big movement 4 days a week as well..dead, bench, mil press, and squat..with one or two accessory movements..not really following any particular routine at the moment..but I'm still doing work!
I was one to post and be on the forum for hours each day...well now that is def not possible...but I plan on getting on here a few times a week to update my training..catch up on some old journeys..and check out some new ones! WIth the ArNold fast approaching I can't wait for the national abc and all that the cage is...I look forward to seeing some familiar faces in cbus and meeting some new ones as well...
