      the journey continues...

I've decided to start a new journey. I relized my goals have changed since I started my last one three years ago. I'm less focused on strength and more focused on removing the belly jiggle I've accumulated. My training will still consist of squats, pulls, and presses, but I'll be adding in alot more conditioning type work. Also I'm slowly cleaning up my diet. I've found that if I go to clean to quick with my diet that I inevitably fail and come back fatter than ever, so I'm taking the long term approach and making baby steps. I'm looking more at a year from now than tomorrow...

It was brutal. The whole thing was done in about ten minutes. I'll be doing more of it.

What you have done truly is an inspiration. I'll do my best. I spent the last couple of days in Vegas on a half drunk buffet binge, my body weight is sitting at 236 right now. Although what the scale says doesn't really matter between it and the mirror I should be able to move in the right direction. Starting right now I'm serious about making a change. Squats tonight!

Took me forever but once i did it I went 12 weeks and didn't cheat. It sucked, I wanted to quit but the weight came off. I check the scale every morning now, it is going up but I look thinner so I am happy. Right now I am 6'5" 230lbs.

I remember when that beard was so long it would get caught on the bar while you were benching lol. That was pretty cool

I'd planned on doing some conditioning work this morning but my lungs weren't having it. I almost didn't make it to the gym at all today, I've got a nasty cold and have been hacking crap up all day. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
