My butt always comes up first so my training partner had me hook a band to the top of a rack and loop it around my butt. I had to deadlift while keeping the band tight. This immeadiatly made a huge difference in my form. I will be doing this again.
All in all a great day. The cleans were all straight cleans, normally I have to use a continental clean with the axle at 165. So I was real pleased with how they went. I also feel I made some real progress fixing my deadlift today.

Very cool trick with the deadlifts and the band's on the hips. Might need to try this.

Timber Gym is a great place. Great people make the place great. We're all kind of like family, there is nothing I wouldn't do for most of the people there. And yeah Kyle's doing a fantastic job on those vids huh?? I think he's made four of them now, I think they look pretty good.

Agreed, it looks like a great place to train. I love a place where lifters can feed off each other. I have to bring a hex key in with me to tighten the DBs in my place and I am considering buying my own bar to take there as most of ours are buggered, but the people are awesome.
