It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a lunchtime class. I really enjoy the midday training, I wish my schedule allowed for it all the time.

Man, if my gym had a shower I'd be there during my lunch time for sure. I can't get over how hot / sweaty I get when lifting to just throw back on my work clothes and act like nothing happened... lol mentally can't get over it.

For sure it's a huge bonus! Nobody likes a sweaty stinky meathead at work lol
On the first 180 set on the Viking press I wasn't able to stay tight and the bars kept drifting outward, I attempted two more reps on that set. Then my training partner hit it for five so I guess that was my motivation to stay tight. Anyway five reps with our current set up was tough.

Looking solid here Ed. Definitely a good day in the books.

I didn't say anything earlier but I hurt my leg on Monday. While showering after jitz my left thigh started tightening up. I didn't really think anything of it and headed back to work. Four hours later I could hardly walk on it and by the time I got home it was swollen enough that I couldn't bend my leg. I iced it to get the swelling down, and have been limping around most of this week. Anyway from the bruising it looks like I tore my hamstring and adductor on my left leg. It doesn't appear to be anything major but I'll be babying it for a bit. I'm not exactly sure how I did it, I guess shit just happens sometimes.
Dang dude! At what point would you say "I need to get this looked at?"
Oh it’s no biggie just an inconvenience. I’ve had my share of injuries over the years. I generally don’t go to a doctor unless I really have to. I’ll be good.

I've never had anything like what you're describing. I've seen videos....I remember that one video of Justin Randall's bicep curling up to his shoulder and that made my jaw drop. Granted, it sounds like that is something different entirely?

Yeah mine is a very minor tear. Should heal up on its own in a few weeks. If it were detached I would need surgery.

I tore mine last year deadlifting I think around this time. I wound up running for the summer as I seemed to irritate it trying to work through it on the deadlift. By the fall it had healed completely, it just takes time but you can work around it.

Yeah that’s my plan, just to work around it. I’ve been here before and sadly will probably be here again. I’ve never claimed to be a super smart guy. Haha.

Curious what the healing time was for something like this, thanks for the input.
