I've decided to start a new journey. I relized my goals have changed since I started my last one three years ago. I'm less focused on strength and more focused on removing the belly jiggle I've accumulated. My training will still consist of squats, pulls, and presses, but I'll be adding in alot more conditioning type work. Also I'm slowly cleaning up my diet. I've found that if I go to clean to quick with my diet that I inevitably fail and come back fatter than ever, so I'm taking the long term approach and making baby steps. I'm looking more at a year from now than tomorrow...
Get it done man! Prowler, rowing, and sledgehammer are my favorite hiit cardio. Don't forget your hoodies! Don't wear a shirt under them and you can't take it off at the gym!
Keep up the strong shit and watch the diet! You got this!

Things have been going pretty good. Diet is on track and training is going well. I'm down to 217 right now and feeling pretty good.
I just want to be at 220. But I can't train like I want if don't eat right. Urgh.
Maybe 220 is too light for you. I'm not overly concerned with the number on the scale, it's just the easiest way to track progress. I'm really more concerned with how I feel and how I perform. My diet is basically paleo + dairy. I eat a lot of grass fed beef, and natural pork, eggs, some fish, lots and lots veggies, cheese, and some fruit. Most of the time I cook my veggies in either butter, coconut oil, or olive oil, I was using some lard my brother rendered but I ran out. Basically if I'm hungry I eat, but just meat and veggies, no overly processed shit. Anyway, long story short eating this way the last couple of months has trimmed my waistline without having too much impact on my lifts.

That's the way to go!
