Well I jacked up my other quad on the squats today. On the second rep at 275 a crunchy pop came from the outside of my right quad by the knee followed by pain. I racked it took a couple minutes and tried again but couldn’t get down with it. So the extensions and curls were pretty light. Just trying to pump some blood in there. We’re going camping this weekend so the couple days off are probably a good thing. Sometimes I feel like I’m falling apart. It’s a little frustrating.

No it was the opposite leg. And I think it’s good to go. I was concerned that the same thing happened again. I’m glad I shut it down when I did. The weekend off after helped to I think.

Good day. Just a quickie at lunch. It's been awhile since I flat benched so I'm happy with where I'm at. No discomfort on the leg drive so I'd say that's a good sign.

Awesome class today! Worked on several submissions from guard and had a killer roll at the end. Also earned my fourth stripe on my white belt today. It was a good day.

Real happy with the overheads tonight. I banged my bicep up a little a jiu-jitsu this afternoon so I was a little hesitant, I thought catching the bar at the bottom would be weird but it wasn't. All seems to be right in my world right now.
