I’m pretty excited. My leg is well on it’s way to healing up. I still have restricted range of motion and some pain but I’d say it’s like 80% good to go. I almost went in just to drill at jitz instead of the lame bike, but I decided to wait a little longer before returning. I really don’t want to re injure the area. Anyway between the rest, swims, and stationary bike I’m rehabbing well.

I'm pretty happy with tonight's session. We flew to Michigan for a wedding this weekend, which ended up being a three day party. We had a great time but a little short on sleep and too heavy on the booze. We got back home a little after midnight this morning so yeah, I wasn't expecting tonight to go so well.

Today is the first day testing my leg out. All appears to be good. No discomfort and only a little tightness on the kneeling cable crunches. Assuming that it's not worse in the morning I will be easing back into the squats and jiu-jitsu.

First class back after leg injury. I’m pretty happy about this. I just drilled, no rolls I probably won’t roll for a week or so. We’ll see how I feel. Right now I only have some minor discomfort around my knee.
