Talk about an exhausting evening. I held our Cub Scout den meeting at the gym tonight in the pool, and we ended up spending 3 hours in the pool. The boys had a great time. I'm beat.
Thanks, bench felt like dookie the other day. My shoulder is giving me some issues again, so I made it a little easier of a day. Squats last night felt great! I'm going to be picking up the volume on them for a few weeks. We'll see how that treats me.
Umm.. they're going ok. The weights were kept light yesterday, I worked in with a couple of guys and just did what they were doing. I've got some pain in my left shoulder again, I'm going to try some inclines Wednesday to see how that feels. If it feels like poop I may take a week or so off pressing of any kind.
On the plus side the scale said 220 today. I'm going to try and maintain this bodyweight for awhile, we'll see how that goes.
Careful with that shoulder! Dont want to fuck that up!
That's the plan. I think it probably just needs some rest. I've been fairly busy lately and haven't been getting the sleep I need. I think that is probably a contributing factor in my shoulder issue.
