Yesterday was really just active recovery. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I chose the 250m distance because it would be quick and easy on my legs.

Thanks I'm going to start working on handstands almost daily. I'm not going to get better at the skill without doing it all the time. And yeah the swimming is getting fast. I can't believe it was taking me 14 minutes when I started. Soon I'm going to have to change up my swimming goals, I'm thinking of swimming for a set time and just trying to get more done.
