Yeah it was supposed to be just the bar for fifty, but my bastard training partner kept sneaking fives on there. Believe me 65 for 50 was rough, also I cheated more than a few towards the end.
I strained my right quad slightly tonight. I attempted to do a few prowler pushes with my son but the quad wasn't having it so I bailed on them tonight. I don't think the quad will be an issue and I want to keep it that way. Next week will be a deload on squats for me. I need it right now.
