30 minutes of sled work, I rotated between forward, backward, side step, face pulls, rows, and pull throughs. I used a 110 pound sled, I enjoyed this and will be doing this more often.

Standing or Sitting? I still don't know how I feel about Standing Presses. I feel I get more isolation with sitting.

You hit way more stabilizers on standing. Including your core. Staying strict, I can feel my heels drive into the ground making it a whole body lift. Sitting is more isolation and has it's place too.

Thanks man! It was a nice change of pace from the treadmill or elliptical. Probably more beneficial too.

Deads, Squats and then situps. That's pretty tough. My abs would be cramping for sure.

Abs were good, hamstrings, that's another story. My hammies and right adductor were cramping like crazy last night!
