Looking good Ed. That massage may have loosened you up a little too good. You'll be better off for it though.
For sure. I normally don't train after a massage. Yesterday was a fluke. I messaged my massage girl expecting to set up an appointment in a week or so but she was available that afternoon so I took the appointment. I won't train after a massage again.

The overhead dumbbells were done strict. The press was easier with my left hand which surprised me a little. These required a lot of core activation to stay in position. I liked them a lot, I'll be doing more of these. Bodyweight is still sitting pretty steady at 176.

I'm pretty happy with the husafeldt tonight. This is the heaviest I've gone on it. It took a couple of trips to get the hang of it but 45ft is a huge PR.

Ed do you prefer farmer carry handles or just two 45lb barbells for your farmer's carries? I'm doing suitcase carries with a barbell or farmer carries with a trap bar right now but just wondering if there's any benefit to buying handles also.

I'd buy a set of handles. The handles are different to carry than a trap bar. The handles move on you more than a trap bar, especially when making turns. I have a set with 2" handles and a set of the Spud Inc. traveling farmers handle. I used the spud ones last night. They are much more difficult in my opinion than regular handles. My plan going forward is to rotate between both of the handles and the trap bar.

Okay thanks man! I was wondering about those Spud traveling handles. Time to update the Christmas list!
