It wasn't raining today so I decided to flip the tire. It's been awhile, I'm a little out of practice. I figure any Sunday that it's dry out I'll take advantage of the weather and get outside and do some flips.
I really always forget about good mornings, I need to add these in!

I really need to do them more often. I have them programmed in but somehow seem to forget them a lot lol. We'll have to keep each other honest. No more forgetting.
Thanks bud! I've got to start increasing my squat volume. On the 22nd I turn 40 and have to do my birthday squats. My bodyweight for my age in reps. This year will be 175x40. I plan on knocking it out all in one set. Should be a good time.

The wod was tough today. My pace was pretty good until the second mile. My legs felt so heavy at that point I slowed down pretty good. I think in a couple of months I'll do this one again and see if I can't improve on my time. I have a feeling my legs are going to feel real good tomorrow.
