Should be ok. I had a tear 2 weeks ago so I used straps last week... Plus a little grip work this week.
I saw that IG video. I should start incorporating some grip work into my programs as well. I am looking forward to seeing you attempt this. I know its a number you will hit eventually…I just hope I am there to see it when it happens.
