      Mine's been on my wrist since getting it in a Pak way back. Took forever for it to stop smelling like a multivitamin! I've got some great memories of chucking hundreds of them at random people walking around THE CAGE at the Arnold this year.
      If you can't tower over someone, make them walk around you.
