Ok guys been lifting 1 and a half years and recently finished 5 cycles of Wendlers 5/3/1 I am doing Bench/Squat/OHP/Dead and my maxes are roughly Bench 80kg Squat 150kg Deadlift 190kg however my progress has completely stalled out and ive even started to get weaker and have some shitty workouts. I need an easier programme that i can still make progress on as i realise im a beginner. Any suggesstions ? Possibly Johnny Canditos Upper Lower 4 week programme ?
