We are just doing it once a week. I wouldnt mind hitting it twice a week tho. I don't have access to one yet but it's something that I'm wanting to add. Can you give me some tips on traps? Besides an 800+ deadlift lol

no, we were not peaking at all but i still hate that i did not hit a pr. but, i am excited after hitting a solid 711 and we are still at least 6 weeks out from meet prep. my next meet will be the la fit expo.
