Hey brothers,
I've got a toe/foot/ball issue that's stopping me from lunging. I'm ok until my toe extends up and then it's agony and I have to stop.
I love lunging, so this is really frustrating me.
I doesn't affect any other lifts (fortunately), but I can occasionally feel it when I'm walking.
I've been to the doctor, but he was about as much use as a fart in a bath. I thought I'd maybe see if any of you guys have experienced this?
Could it have anything to do with bodyweight? This started when I got up to around 235lbs, and I eventually went up to 249lbs (both the heaviest I've ever been) - which would surely be putting extra pressure on my feet. But enough to cause this?
