Hit a PR on squats today. Tired as all hell from studying for my import/export certification, but for some reason, I felt I could hit a PR for sure today.

aight my brothers....sorry for being away for so long and being a fucking slack ass on posting and keeping a better log...its time to give you guys a quick little run down of whats been up...as of recently Monday I hit 2 PR's on my pulls- I pulled 505 x4 which I felt like I had at least 6 in me but the overwhelming puking feeling kinda killed the vibe haha and I also pulled 550 for a single for a nice little 35 lb PR...not to bad for being almost 8 weeks out from my next meet...I only have more time to make that a bigger and better number...as for my squats also they have been blowing the fuck up....just the other week I paused 450 like that shit wasn't even there and also hit 500 for a huge 6 reps...I also have 505 for as many reps as possible this Friday so im hoping to improve on my numbers and hit another nice PR

had my squat day on Friday and am really liking the progress and confidence I am gaining in my squatting....getting under heavier weight week after week is helping me tremendously...had 505 for my last AMRAP set this week... went 395x3 beltless, 455x3 beltless and with a nice pause at the end of that one and went 505x3 which a weight pr for a triple....still not the happiest with it but it will do for now...this upcoming Friday really want to improve on it for sure as I have 535 for a single but im going to try to obviously hit it for more than a single
today was my 5/3/1 day for our deadlifts had 535 for a single...went 420 for 5, 475x3, and went 535x2 which is a double pr and 20 lbs more than my last meet pr...also my partner was doing pulls from blocks so I went a couple times conventional to give him more rest time in between and pulled 455x 5, and pulled 500 for an easy ass single...everyone that knows me knows my conventional pull isn't worth a shit but this felt good today....also went on to hit 3 sets of Olympic squats after and some squat jumps from the knees along with a boatload of abs...
Sup yall, been training like mad. Hit an easy 505 a couple weeks ago just goofing off since I don't really do the deadlift much. I do snatch and clean grip deads which def help in the normal deadlift but he pulled those from my routine as it is counterproductive for Olympic training. My cleans and snatch on going well...really looking to hit that 605 deadlift by the Arnold. I think I can do it.

Somehow, I recovered pretty quickly and wasnt all too sore. Been eating alot lately. Had Ocktoberfest in Cleveland and the Canfield Fair in my hometown, so i got plenty of calories in. Which is why I pulled today haha.

Finally got a PR. Felt like I had it in me, just like my PR squat. It wasnt a grinder either, which I'm happy about. I feel like I had another 10 or so pounds left in me. That and I pulled 3 sets of doubles which I usually wouldnt when maxing out. Gotta keep hittin my reps.

had squats last night with my crew....the environment is always on point as everyones mind is set on hitting prs and smashing some heavy weight...also had domichi come down to get some squats in as we are all 7 weeks out from our next meet...domichi hit a big 35 lb pr with a 430 no wraps single and is well on his way to a 450 no wraps squat at our meet...my wife went 260 for 5 for a nice pr, my training partner logan went 630 for a HUGEEEE double and is one his way to hopefully hitting a 700 lb raw squat and then theres me
