The Ohio Boys: First to a 100 Pound Deadlift PR

A friendly competition was suggested yesterday, and Trebin, Tark and I decided it would be cool to race to our PRs + 100lbs. No timeline, but by the Cage next year would be pretty awesome. We will post our pull days in here. I think looking back on progression is very cool and a great tool to learn from.

      Current maxes/Goal maxes

      Trebin: 505/605
      Tark: 515/615
      Firefist: 555/655
      freighttraindane: 455/555

      Let the gains begin.

Awesome. All three of you pushing to break past that 600 barrier and beyond.

The competition will force you to raise your game and step out of your comfort zone. That's when big shit happens.

After talking with Trebin and Firefist, they have said I could join the party (assuming Tark doesn't have a problem with me crashing the party). I am not quite at their same level on the deads, but I will get there. I would love to be in the 600 lb club one day. But for now, I will shoot for being the first to get the +100lbs PR

Excited to get this rolling, the 500 mark was conquered Arnold weekend for me at this new body weight. Now it is time to break that 600lb barrier.

I think the National ABC would be a good place for a pull off as well to see who put the most on their deadlift in a year.
