Anyone ever seem to run out of steam and start losing interest in their training, during certain periods of time?
In the past i thought about training constantly, and couldnt wait to go do it after work. But lately I've had so many major life changes shake things up lately, that it seems like I care a lot less about the lifestyle. I still get my training and my meals in, but i just dont have any drive and I'm not sure why (i do deload, and things like that).
I was training for my first meet, and wound up getting re-injured so now I can't do it. Which definitely sucks, but i can still do other types of training and I have no idea where the 'fire' went. Anyone ever experience this?
