Playing a little catch up here, if you have been following me you probably saw that I just did a sleeved meet as a practice run leading into the US Open. Just kinda trained right through it and it turned out really well. I felt really strong but I could tell I wasn't ready to display that strength because I didn't handle enough heavyweight leading into which was the design. This allowed me to solely focus on the US Open prep but allowed me to get so time in on the platform and under an ER rack since we don't have one to train with. This may not sound like a big deal but my hand placement is directly where the uprights are so I always get my hand smashed and I can never get comfortable with the uprights in because I never had to time to practice it. This meet I made sure I got in a ton of practice with the rack and I am all dialed in now so that in and of itself was a success for the day. Here is the last training week leading into the meet and the meet itself.
