Real quick, how old are you? While I won't discuss this shit, since I have no fucking clue about it, I will say that if your in your teens or early 20s, by using this shit has the potential to cause long-term hormone changes which you can't reverse.
Another question, why are you looking on going down this path? I've got only 16 years of training under my belt and have gotten up to a nice strong 265 by doing it the right way, through high training and quality foods. I didn't start using supplements like creatine, protein shakes on a regular basis until I was 24, and I was pretty strong at that point in the big three, and did that through food and training.

This. One of my son's friends trains at my gym and he's on prescription testosterone at 21 year old for useing shit in high school. Fucked for life.

I'm 18, I'm 227.5 on a cut natural as can be. Potatoes, meat, rice, bread, greens, beans, and lots of excess protein powder and bcaas will get you big. I'm probably 10% bodyfat with almost 17in arms with a pump, and I'm training hard. I do this shit week in and week out. Check my fucking journey. You don't need that shit if you're young. We're more men hormonally than grown men are. Get your head on straight, get a damn fork, go to a damn buffet, drink 3 scoops after you're done and then go train and do it again. Blend your meals if you're not getting enough calories, I've done it; ate it and it looked like cat food but I'm goddamn 227.5 today because of it. Quit buying into the natural potential bullshit bb.com forums will feed you. Quit believing you'll be average if you stay natural. Actually quit listening to everyone, even me once this is over because this is between you, your god and the fucking weights at the gym;do what you want, but you can be more than you ever thought possible if you do it how Sandow intended.
Don't risk your shit unless you've got the potential and the outlet to become something more than the average juicer, because more than likely, you don't.
