Neutral grip pullups: +25plt*3*5, +10plt*5
Chest supported db row: 30s*10*2
Skullcrushers: 75*10*2
Lateral raises: 20s*10*2
Plate raise: 45*10 ugly reps, then 35*10
I guess I should be happy I close grip PRd but not really. I'm fucking mad I didn't get the 170. WHY THE FUCK CAN'T I GET PAST MY FUCKING CURRENT #S???? No, I don't give a shit that it's a different lift. I just want to fucking lift more already. . Fuck. Last nite it occurred to me that I've only added 23 lbs to my total over the past 6 months. Which is why I've been such a miserable bitch lately. How fucking disappointing. 15lbs on squat, 3 on bench and a whopping 5 lbs on my deadlift. Wow. That's garbage.
