& Today I was not ready for this cardio:
Wk 3 Monday Squats:
Squats: 65%: 185*7*3 last set AMRAP: 16 (first 2 sets beltless, put on belt for AMRAP) & I swear I was out of breath way before my muscles got tired on those.. Hadn't worn the belt for a few weeks and that shit made me feel like I couldn't breathe for the last few reps.. Or maybe it was the mini concoction I drank before going in....
Front squats: 145*7*2
1 arm DB row: 100*10*3
Walking lunges: 110*18*3
Laydown ham curl: 80*12*3 had to rest pause last set on rep 10
Abs: rope crunch: +175*20*3
Sled: 6 rounds arrow to arrow, +45, +80*4, +45
So much cardio... Nothing like an AMRAP set of squats to show you how out of shape you really are. Also, potential spotter was a no show.. If I had a fuckin dollar for every time that happened. Now we busy at work so I gotta get off here.
