Next week im going to put more focus on one top set then back down 5lbs per set.i dont want to get good at reps with a moderate weight so all in in that 1st raw top set.

Bunch of band tricep work.
Not sure what you call these but laid on the floor and held two 45lbs plates and did close grip 3/4 reps to failure.
Definetly hit some new stabilizer muscles as plates were shaking unbalanced.
Went and got my right arm worked over friday. Tricep/tendons and both forearm tendons tight. Was pretty sore yesterday. Gave me some stretchs and exercises to do. Worked over my right front delt and pec too.

Im pretty sure i got 315 for 8-9 reps touch and go fresh.
That 305 paused set i had 7 atleast in the tank.
