Yessir. Definelty more focus on bench. I havent done any deadlifts yet. Maybe in new year.squat mostly doing them for core strength and leg drive. Also to not be a tank top lifter lol.
Once i can hit 3plates again for 3s i will start some sumo pulls.
My flexibility might be better this time around as im around 240lbs so can still move around lol.

Didnt have a spotter so set the rack close to bench height.
Recorded it and saw a bunch of stuff. Unracking i lost some arch and tightness. First few reps i was slowing down about 4 inchs off the chest then it was blowing off chest and kinda slowing down the top 1/3. I think im going to start doing all paused reps. Next "test" at end of next cycle i will pick a weight a little heavier in 3-5 range.
But all in all im happy with it.Up 30lbs this 12 week training cycle. From 115x5 in march to 275x7 i will take it.
Going to use 325 as my 1rm to base % off this round.
