Haven't used my Slanger in quite a while! Might have to bust it out more often =)
I wish i had gotten the slanger instead of the titan ram. The elbow cuffs on the ram are was too narrow and were way big vs a real slanger.had to have it stiched up. Will probably just get a slang anyway.

Thanks man. Once i get back to where i was on bench i will put some more effort into squat. Once im up to 315 for a few reps on squat i will start to pull again more seriously.maybe lol

Wasnt sure what to make of it starting off. After band warm up 1st warm up with the bar i could feel a pinch in that bad front delt. So stretched between sets. Next set usually i go 95x5. But went 95x10 was a bit better. Goal was top set 175 for another pr.

Was an awesome session. 10lbs over last weeks and it felt even lighter.i was good for 5-6 at 305.
Excited to see where this is going to end up. Another session of tripples and then a session of doubles. Then in 3 weeks singles.
