8/30/22 Bench Decided to add 10lbs and cut to 8s Bar 95x10 135x8 185x5 225x5 265x1 300x8 290x8 280x8 Skull crushers bench bar 95x12 100x12 100x12 2x40 tricep band extensions In past skullcrushers alwaus killed my elbows and i sucked at them. Looking back i think just weakness and bad form.Feels good now. Benched 2x inn.onth of august and was able to add weight fom previous sessions. Interesting to say the least.
Looooooooooooooooove Skullcrushers! That and Close Grip Bench done with proper form absolutely butcher the triceps and make em HOOGE!
