This is gonna be i guess a 2 part thread. Just made an account so I'm a n00b at this but my current stack is Real Gains, Rage XL, Pak, Fish Oils, Atomic 7, ZMA Pro and Carbo plus.
My first question i guess is that of protein, since I'm currently on Real Gains due to being at school and not getting a whole lot of superb nutrition i use that to fill in those gaps. Was just wondering if getting off real gains and switching to a different protein would be better and help with gaining lean mass.
Second question is been thinking of trying M-Stak because it doesn't effect hormones i guess and was just wondering if anyone knew that if it would show up as a fail on an NCAA drug test? This is my last season in college ball and am gonna start competing in powerlifting hopefully by next summer. Any feedback would be awesome.
Also I'm having hip issues i.e. tight hips/sore hip flexors when i get up to heavier weight, anyone got any ways to help out with this? i know its not part of this but just wanted to get that question out there.
