5. Seated Cable Fly's- 1x17, 1x15, 1xFST-7 aka 49 reps
6. Chest Press, 2s iso- 1x12, 1x9
10 days since the last chest workout so maybe wasn't supposed to "feel it" today but damn, tired of
this shit not going up in the weights. Nasty pump from the FST-7 and a little increase in the pullovers, that's
about it.
