morning weight 87? very early weigh-in..
Cable pullover- 3 sets of 14 (49.5,56,56kg)
Pullups- 100 reps, took me 10 sets going from 15 reps the first set to 7 or 8 as a minimum, resting 2 minutes between sets.
Cable row, close grip- 3 sets of 12-14
Life Fitness bicep curl, single-arm- 3 sets
Concentration curl- 3 sets
Decent workout. With pullups I like to just use my bodyweight and work up to a set amount, such as 50 or 100 reps in as few sets as possible.
Not overthinking it really. Just making sure to get some nice volume in, some days it may take more sets and some days less. Feels nice afterwards though nonetheless.
