B. Smith-machine hack squat- 1x8, 1x10, 50 rep cluster set (BRUTAL)
C. Lying leg curl- 2x15-20, 1 triple dropset
D. Single Leg Extensions, 2x15-20, 1 triple dropset
E. Leg Press- 2x20 single-leg, 1x20(13+7) with both legs on the third and last set.
